Recording on-duty law enforcement agents is protected by the First Amendment.

you can't "doxx" public servants. being able to identify public servants (especially ones with authority to arrest or bear extraordinary force against their fellow citizens) is kind of important. my wife is a mere teacher and you can fucking look up how much she's paid by the district online. we don't even get that much privacy, all because she's a public employee. it's the tradeoff. every public employee, it's up there if you know where to look.
