This photo would have more of an effect if there was a credible source for it. I can't even read the banner to Google it. I had to reverse image search.

For me the first page of a Google search does not link to stories with this image with the military standing in front. Except for one link to the Boston Globe which displays for a second before paywall blocking.

That is why the general netiquette is to share the link in the first place.

That link was not clickable from OP because it was a screenshot. I manually typed it in but forgot to use uppercase so it returned a Hillary Twitter thread https://archive.is/qds8p

Of course I know what the banner says now because I found a decent source which I have in my comment.
