My unnecessarily fancy bike is 100% ready to ride: it took much less than expected, but I learned a lot along the way: cut steerer, route cables, shorten brake lines, set up Di2, tubeless tires, more bar tape practice and the list could go on. It was a lot of fun and I feel in complete control and knowledge of what I ride, it’s a good feeling.
As pictured, minus bidons, weighs in at 7,6kg (size 58). Considerably less than 10% of ~~driver~~ rider weight, to put it in perspective. I think I’ll need 160mm rotors at the back: can someone chime in on this? How’s the jump from 140 to 160mm at the back for heavy riders? I have a GRX groupset with 160/160 on my gravel bike and never had issues, maybe road is less demanding.

In terms of rotors I run 160 on the rear and find it fine, I'm not doing any mountain descents or anything though. I am 85kg.
Thanks for the feedback, I’ll keep an eye on it. I’d really like to do some ascents with this.
