Sorry to hear that... Last year my place was above 30° for a couple weeks and I had to shut off things like the PC because the extra heat exhausted made using it not feasible in this temperature. The hotter the ambience, the larger the gap between my PC exhaust and the room it's in (20° room means 25° PC. 33° room means 42° PC). It was hellish, and I prioritise/recommend:

  • not moving as much as possible
  • using fans to cool you/circulate air through
  • staying in the farthest room from the star
  • keeping windows open
  • keeping curtains closed on the hotter side
  • making sure chilled water or ice is always available

I even start to sleep during the afternoon so I can be productive at night (although waking up sweaty isn't great).
