Why?
I wanted your opinion. Why would your answer get you banned?
Well, I don't know for certain, and am not reading an article from a notorious provider of false news to get more context. I'm willing to bet that seeing as this is the conservative community, either this person is a flaming white supremacist and nazi, things which aren't allowed on lemmy, or have some answer which is somewhat left leaning, which would get them banned from from c/conservatives due to it's mod's attempts to create an echo chamber.
Looking at their comment history, it's probably the latter.
Who is "this person"? Wintermute?
The person you replied to, I don't know who wintermute is.
Oh. Well, wouldn't a racist white supremacist want to know the ethnicities of the people coming across the border?
Idk, I'm not a white supremacist. Also, as I said, judging from their comment history it's probably the second explanation I gave.
Why would you get banned? The conservative shit is only for posts, not comments.
Probably because where they're from isn't relevant, but if it leans in some direction you can be sure that some news channels run with it
Why wouldn't it matter where terrorists invading our country are coming from?
