Oklahoma DHS is a fucking disgrace.

There needs to be a federal investigation.

I’ve sat in fucking court and hear them laugh off runaways. Zero interest in looking for them, zero care.

And a kid is fucking DEAD.

That pisses me off more. Maybe if they didn't put them in shitholes and givs a shit this wouldn't keep happening. Anything we can do about it?

The Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth is supposed to oversee DHS, but there’s so much regulatory capture and incest that they don’t do their job.

DHS used to be under federal oversight, but they were released from the Pinnacle Plan earlier this year. There’s some movements to try to get a grand jury investigation opened, some other movements in court.

I’ve called senators and house reps over and over. There aren’t really any federal agencies that can help. They really seem to be a law unto themselves.
