I've never been great at meal prep, but my schedule these days doesn't really support making great dinner decisions when I'm tired/hungry.

What are some things I can make on Sundays to manage dinner for most of the week?

Batch cook ground beef; dehydrate beef; make pemmican (the most work)

I could eat ground beef for every meal and be happy, just needs a bit of a warm up and its good.
