I've never been great at meal prep, but my schedule these days doesn't really support making great dinner decisions when I'm tired/hungry.

What are some things I can make on Sundays to manage dinner for most of the week?

Fat free greek yogurt with chia seeds. Million things you can build on it. Mainly I use sugarfree protein isolate and/or peanut butter powder, some oats and spices. I only eat lunch + dinner so it's a healthy dessert.
