No. It is a level of dog whistling that everybody but Fox News should point out.
And yet mainstream media has been hesitant to point out dog whistles at least since the George W. Bush administration (circa 2001).
In 2008 some folks noticed Sarah Palin spoke exclusively in dog whistles.
