Have you ever reported them for systematic downvotes? Mods can help with that if it's systematic
I never “knew” for sure until I found out you could see voting history a couple weeks ago, now it’s kinda moot. If it continues, yeah I’ll definitely pass it along, as well as the old account.
Maybe they have an upside-down face & were actually just trying to upvote all this time! :(
