I think they’re saying that if Abe isn’t the prime minister anymore (because dead) then she isn’t the First Lady anymore either
That's like someone posting a picture of a newspaper when Bush was president and then someone commenting "well he's not president now haha" like yeah everyone knows that...
But it doesn’t say Abe’s name, so it’s very likely there’s some folks who don’t realize that this photo is rather old. It would be easy to read it and think this just happened in the last few days.
I think they were trying to be helpful, it’s likely not something worth being upset over.

They're certainly talking about the First Lady, which she most assuredly is not.

I read it, but since people in this thread seem confused when this happened i felt it might helpful to add anymore: she is not in the present, but was in the past.
I think it's safe to assume that it was written during the period that she was.
I assume she was when this was written or this is referring to her in that time period?
