Speaking as an elder millennial who knows many other millennials who in turn know a lot more millennials, I have no idea where you got "most of us".
You're doing exactly what you're accusing OP of, except you're wrong and they're not.
I'm an elder millennial and talk to friends and family on the phone all the time, as does pretty much everyone I know. I'm definitely not speaking for everyone, but I have no doubt the majority of people our age are fine having a phone conversation and are not represented by this meme
Sounds like your Gen X friends are lying about their age 😉
