I added the case file to the post body from your source (thanks), so it should dispel any bias.

As far as MBFC goes, they are the least trustworthy genocide aplogists so whatever they say I ignore.

I don't trust a site that rates itself as being the most credible. It's better to just not even rate yourself at all if you have a site like that.
