Do not seek mental, medical and professional help here. Breaking this rule will not get you or your post removed, but it will put you at risk, and possibly in danger.
Rule 4- No self promotion or upvote-farming of any kind.
That's it.
Rule 5- No baiting or sealioning or promoting an agenda.
Posts and comments which, instead of being of an innocuous nature, are specifically intended (based on reports and in the opinion of our crack moderation team) to bait users into ideological wars on charged political topics will be removed and the authors warned - or banned - depending on severity.
Rule 6- Regarding META posts.
Provided it is about the community itself, you may post non-Reddit posts using the [META] tag on your post title.
Rule 7- You can't harass or disturb other members.
If you vocally harass or discriminate against any individual member, you will be removed.
Likewise, if you are a member, sympathiser or a resemblant of a movement that is known to largely hate, mock, discriminate against, and/or want to take lives of a group of people, and you were provably vocal about your hate, then you will be banned on sight.
Rule 8- All comments should try to stay relevant to their parent content.
Rule 9- Reposts from other platforms are not allowed.
Let everyone have their own content.

I'm amazed reddit even has users left. Wtf is going on over there? 10 years ago that would have been one of most upvotes coments
It had a lot of up votes
The reality is that unless Digg really succeeds, there's just no competition
Ya I was a long time digg user, even after the changes and everyone left for reddit I still hung around for a year or two. I'm excited to see what digg becomes and hopefully keep it far right free.
I never used any social until a few years ago
I watched reddit slip from right-wing to "genuinely quite concerning"
From outside the US, it was always right-wing, despite the cries of the bots, incels and trolls, but it deteriorated really quickly
There's already a few obvious agitators on the new Digg platform, so hopefully when it goes live for real they don't get a foothold
I have low expectations though...
you can expect right wing trolls to be on new forums, because they already been banned on reddit, and others a while ago, they need a place to fester.
Jesus,
I got banned from Reddit for saying "bad bot" to one of them, which was apparently "violent speech"
Reddit has always been right-wing, but now it's fucked
Banned across my SFW and NSFW account too
It's a pain, but hopefully Lemmy grows and Digg becomes a success
im glad there is a forum out there that specializes in evading bans from social media platforms, serves them(corporate) right.
They use device fingerprinting, so the bans are permanent
I don't want to be a part of reddit any more
I don't want them to make any money out of me
besides that they also look for other things beyond that. because the most sophisticated evaders(the of fans and link farmers) are using paid methods to hide from that detections.
I've given up bothering to try to get around it
Maybe Digg will be successful and my old fans will migrate
Reddit was very left leaning until Trump them slowly it became a Nazi haven
the only reason they allow left leaning content, is so they can astroturf it with right wingers. r/politics, worldnews, and any affilitated subs was like that. then it spread to the whole site as soon as trump became president AGAIN.
and then theres now like AI posting spam too.
Only by 'Murican standards, I assure you
It was always very American, and right wing
But it definitely took a turn to the absolutely shitty
Of course, most of the users are yanks, so they really won't notice
