A spoon would make it heroin. You smoke crack out of a pipe just like meth. The tattoo is definitely a meth pipe though.

Yeah, that's true. I tend not to think about that as inherently bad. The same thing on a thigh under shorts might be dubious, but not the same way when it's on the neck, if you get the distinction I'm using
