I was reminded of the existance of the word "parboil" recently. It kinda surprised me how I just hadn't thought of the word for ages.

Hebeas corpus, except I remembered today because Trump is talking about getting rid of it and ushering in the darkest, most unamerican timeline ever. He's doing pretty much everything the founding fathers wanted to reject.
