So I’ve been reading that the Callaway Edge sets at Costco are the best bang for your buck but I also am not sure if it would be worth it since apparently they don’t have resale value

I’ve found some preowned deals on FB marketplace wondering if these might be better:

$125 for Strata: Driver 3wood 4 hybrid 5 hybrid

$350 for Hawkeye and Fairway woods set

$350 strata 9 club set

I can send pics too if needed

Honestly, unless you're buying top shelf equipment, the resale is going to be shit on anything you get. Get whatever you like and can afford. Since you're a beginner, just having clubs made this century should be enough to get you started. Once you play a bit, develop your swing and determine you actually like this sport, you can start considering getting better equipment and considering resale value.

Also, those prices are too high for all of that. Look at eBay for a second hand starter set or go to Dicks and get a Topflite starter set.
