Has anyone started the new season of Doctor Who yet? Is the first episode at least enjoyable tv?
No, I was rewatching it with some mates. Plan was to watch everything with them up to the newer seasons. But, life stuff and scheduling caused a big pause and I don't know if we will continue.
My plan is to catch up when I get back to Australia.
Yeah I haven't started it either because of work and other things to watch. I started watching the new season of Wheel of Time and I'm also now hooked on Apothecary Diaries (hilarious anime btw)...then Andor is next week.
I'll probably end up waiting until all episodes are released at this rate.
I've not heard of Wheel of Time, what's it like?
I'm very much looking forward to Andor. If it's weekly, I think I'm also going to wait. I've done the same with Severence, which I still have to watch.
I enjoy anime, but it's one of those things I need to be in the mood to pay attention 😅
Based on a fantasy novel series (which I've also not heard of), but apparently deviates quite a bit from it. I got interested in it because I sat in one of their panels at comic con and decided to binge it. It's actually quite entertaining plus Daniel Henney and Rosamund Pike are absolute gems in it. Then they have my fave Meera Syal in the second season. I would give it a watch if you like fantasy, but everyone is like so horny in it 🤣
Speaking of Andor I'm glad they decided on three episodes per week release this season. I know it's like touted by the fandom as God's gift to television but it was actually painfully slow for me.
