Saw this just now. Don't have many memories re my April 13. On April 10 my tummy was extremely painful and I puked. Diarrhea, I think. I took loperamide. I rested on the succeeding days, including 13. On 15 I was ๐ฏ. No more pain.
On another note, the past few days were OK. Hot weather but I endured. I oft thought re ๐ food and drinks. Those were some of the stuff that made me :).
