Eggs, Salmon, Chicken Breast and Edamame are some of my favorites on the list.

Ugh, I wish the "clean food" craze would die.

Edit: Article doesn't mention clean, that was just my brain inserting it.

I probably shouldn't dunk on a student newspaper opinion piece, but what's the proposal here? For rich people to avoid healthy eating in solidarity?

Just stop using "clean." It implies other foods are dirty, and adds an element of shame. Some people don't have the option
