Good to see Edinburgh trying to change. I do suspect that unless it sees more Scottish accents in staff and intake that it won't change much. But it's a good move

This is really good to see - it was something that was really apparent when I was at university and the snobbery to people that had a Glaswegian, Fife or Highland accent was really prevalent.
