I have three whistles now. The first one is still the best.

This is a daily post for “casual” conversation. If you want to post or talk about something non autism related this is where to do it. For example if you want to info dump about your special interest but it doesn’t fall into “autism related” then you can post it here in the comments. All other rules are still active, be respectful to each other.

they won't do it, also figuring out their apartment is complicated, its two tall buildings with around 10 floors and all other apartments affected by sound too. Maximum they will do if i ask is say that its my personal issue cos im only one who complains. They are some old conservative people who put some old questionable pop songs loud, drink alcohol and yell from their balcony and its quite normal around place where i live

That's not ok

I personally would repeatedly complain to the management that they are being loud. Keep being persistent and if it continues file a complaint with the police and get them to take action on your behalf. If it is that loud chances are the police can make it end pretty quickly.
