Sometimes real life just has to be the focus. Not because it's better, but because you will be crushed if you dont give it priority.

Yeah, much. My relationship with social media is a good one. If I get stressed or feel like it's a chore, I take a break. This is why I love the Fediverse, because it's easier to curate your experience. I'm very grateful for everything that hits my inbox. Even when I have nothing to add, I like learning or seeing new perspectives and it's all on my terms, not an algorithm.
