Sometimes when I restart my computer ill click cachyos in refind and itll just keep restarting until eventually it boots when I click it, sometiems when I start my computer its in the cachyos bootflags editing screen? How do I reset my bootflags to whatever was default if I accidentally changed them. Once it eventually launches it runs fine, but I have to goto the lockscreen to shutdown.

This doesn't happen everytime, sometimes I can shutdown and restart like normal no issues, like twice a week itll get stuck restarting.

Does it happen at the same time as kernel updates?

I've been avoiding turnung it off but now that you mention it I was using pacman -syu religiously at the time, if that updates the kernel

It doesn't always, but if you see it downloading a package called "linux" or "linux-6.14.1" (those numbers may be different), that's the kernel.
