But instead of boosting your hand size permanently, you lose hand size permanently.

Crimson heart can disable the turtle bean, if you exit the game and return, your handsize buff becomes permanent.

Turns out if you do that with the stuntman disabled, the debuff is also permanent. For me, it happened when the stuntman was disabled right at the end of my win against the crimson heart...
