So I've been thinking of vigilantism writ-large. Wouldn't it be most prudent to remove billionaires with the most beneficiaries to ensure the most dilution of their wealth? We've seen the there's a huge Murdoch fight regarding the multiple heirs, shouldn't the concerned citizens create more upheaval like that?

Not quite sure that's enough dispersal. Remember, wealth is sticky, i.e. once you have a certain amount you seem to accumulate more exponentially. Might send a message though, particularly if you start with the richest and work your way down
