Nice - you just perfectly described the value of a vote for Kamala.

It is the equivalent of sitting on your ass and hoping things get better because that's exactlty what the democrats are doing right now.

Enjoying things so far? Think Kamala would have ended DEI? Put Elon in charge? The Insurrection Act. Think Kamala had that in mind? Or what about the tariffs? I don’t recall Kamala saying anything about that. Or Canada becoming the 51st state. All the shit trump has done….

Think Kamala would have done this shit?

See? You spend so much time trying to justify the intention, while hoping you’ll be spared the responsibly you share in the result.

Take a look around.

If you seriously can say that things are the same as what Kamala would have done, then I suppose I can see what made you stay home and let others deal with it-

And that would be your entitlement.

You clearly have no dog in this race. And if that’s the case, then I suppose you’re exempt from any and all responsibility that a person with a properly functioning moral compass should feel.

I think Kamala and Trump both were going to continue sending billions of our tax dollars to a terrorist state in the Middle East so that they could continue obliterating families living in tents with 1000lb bombs.

I know that whatever is being allowed to happen there will come here eventually whether you want to believe it or not. Gaza is a test ground.

If you can't see how that state owns the politicians that are supposed to be representing you, I don't know what to tell you at this point. There is are really big internal problems and crisises that those billions of dollars could be spent at home on. Instead they both greenlight evil.

I can honestly say I voted against genocide and against foreign influence over our politicians. Those who voted for Trump and Kamala cannot.

Since the majority of voters felt that genocide was not a red line, maybe now is the time to evaluate what morals and values actually matter for us to thrive as a society and start living them. For example: I will never vote for a politician with ties to the genociders ever again. That is the only way out for all of us.

Imagine if most people chose the anti-genocide candidates. That would have been really cool and not this disappointing disaster that feels righteously karmic in so many ways.

I’m glad your conscious is clear. I hope losing our democracy was worth it.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Any democracy that votes in favor of supplying weapons and money to a state genociding an occupied people is no democracy I want to be a part of.

You might be ok with your politicians supporting innocent people being murdered while they sleep or eat or pray or walk down the street or take a shower or exist and that it's all paid for by your tax dollars.

I'm not.

Cool story. It’s all still happening despite your single-issue protest- only the destruction is going to be exponentially worse.

But you already knew that, didn’t you?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Yes, and it would still be happening if your cadidate Holocaust Harris won also which is why I did not vote for her.

You would just be more comfortable with it happening under democrats than republicans because you are the prime example of #bluemagabrainrot.

Naah.. I’d be more okay without because we wouldn’t have a convicted rapist and a Nazi violating constitutional law every day.

Your entitlement is showing.

We’re doing quotes now? Okay-

We are socialists, we are enemies of today’s capitalistic economic system for the exploitation of the economically weak, with its unfair salaries, with its unseemly evaluation of a human being according to wealth and property instead of responsibility and performance, and we are determined to destroy this system under all conditions.”

Considering the source, I assumed you would.

I find it hilarious that the person who actively supports murdering Palestinians is calling me a Nazi.

You must be from Israel.

[–] [email protected] -3 points 1 week ago

And I find you hilarious.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Not much of a democracy if "not doing a holocaust" wasn't an option. Doesn't seem like a big loss.

[–] [email protected] -3 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Again, your entitlement is showing. But don’t let that get in the way of an agenda.

You’re not the good guy you think you are.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 week ago (2 children)

My entitlement? I'm not the one saying genocide is ok so long as I'm comfortable.

And lol at "an agenda" as if being opposed to genocide is a bad thing

[–] [email protected] -1 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago) (1 children)

So you're here accusing anyone else of supporting genocide.. Whilst you're reporting posts of people who argue against you to server admins hoping to silence them.

You might not support genocide, but you definitely support fascism, and aren't a fan of freedom of speech either apparently. Just incredibly duplicitous behavior..

And I'm guessing your agenda is to argue with people until it leads to insults and then you hope their posts get deleted when you report them. I also the impression that server admins recognized your name (so no doubt, I'm not the only person you tried it with)..

[–] [email protected] -1 points 1 week ago* (last edited 1 week ago) (1 children)

And I’m not the one misquoting people in order to manufacture an argument.

This is why it’s advised to never argue with children. Even when you win, you still lose.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

And I’m not the one misquoting people in order to manufacture an argument.

No, you're just straight up lying. And I didn't misquote anyone.

This is why it’s advised to never argue with children. Even when you win, you still lose.

Sorry, I didn't realise you were a child

The cringe is unbearable, so I’m going to walk away from this now. I never knew empathetic embarrassment via written word to be a thing before today.

Enjoy the last word, and be sure to bait the line with your best stuff. I’d like to see how easily I can resist.

[–] [email protected] -1 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago) (1 children)

A server admin has told me that BrainInabox is reporting people who argue with them, and that included me..

So, your instinct is right on mate. Their actions don't match their suggestion that they actually give a damn about people. They seem to be a strong supporter of fascism and silencing anyone they disagree.. Kind of like trump..

[–] [email protected] 1 points 6 days ago* (last edited 6 days ago)

Yeah.. they’re a massive debate troll. I think they’re perma-banned in both communities I moderate but I’m not sure why they’re still allowed in others.

"Never believe that anti-Semites are completely unaware of the absurdity of their replies. They know that their remarks are frivolous, open to challenge. But they are amusing themselves, for it is their adversary who is obliged to use words responsibly, since he believes in words. The anti-Semites have the right to play. They even like to play with discourse for, by giving ridiculous reasons, they discredit the seriousness of their interlocutors. They delight in acting in bad faith, since they seek not to persuade by sound argument but to intimidate and disconcert. If you press them too closely, they will abruptly fall silent, loftily indicating by some phrase that the time for argument is past."

-Jean-Paul Sartre
