Wow. Just like every dictator out there with a huge inferiority complex, trying to boost their ego.
Anyone who hasn't watched Charlie Chaplin's The Great Dictator really should. In the movie they mock how Mussolini was simping for Hitler and wanted to impress him by trying to one-up him at every occasion.
This is totally what Trump is trying to do with Putin right now. Trump is a Putin simp desperate to get his attention.
