The important word here is "charged". He hasn't been convicted. Until it's been proven, I don't think anybody here can claim to know that he's innocent nor guilty.
I respect your adherence to the rule of law. Something that most people here don't have.
Humans follow laws, animals ignore them. You are a human
Laws are for binding the poor, the rich ignore them.
