What?! All these current economic problems have always been Biden’s fault! And if it wasn’t Biden’s fault, it was Hillary’s fault, and if it wasn’t Hillary’s fault then it was Barrack Hussein Obama’s fault! Clinton slashed government spending so much he was the last president to ever run a budget surplus. However, Clinton cut spending when US debt was 50% of US GDP and now debt is 120% of GDP. Even eliminating the entire military budget wouldn't bring a surplus today.
