It wounded me on some level to have the TotK backstory called 'the Imprisonment War'. I've wanted a game based on the ALttP Imprisonment War for, like, 30 years now, and TotK's soft reboot ain't it.

I guess that’s assuming it’s the same imprisoning war. There could have been multiple cycles of progression and destruction and we are aware of just two instances of the imprisoning war. It’s one of the few ways to make sense of the convolution ToTK made.
