I think it's awkward to call for the death penalty in this case. It's saying that it's ok to kill people as long as there's a mandate, or paperwork, or if enough people find it justified.

I think about the "rule of law" and remember there's a two tier system that holds the rich above the rest. I think about the mandate given to the law and remember how friendly they are with neo Nazis, Christian terrorists, and insurrectionists.

Is "Killing people is ok as long as your group justifies it" the message to be sending??

I mean... Have you seen pretty much anything in the news lately? Isreal, Iran, LA, "border"patrol, et al?🤷🏼‍♂️ That is their message, full stop.
