Game master is better. Less Dungeon focused. Dungeon Master can also raise eyebrows when people think of Dungeon for BDSM.

Knowing D&D people, it's usually both.

I wrote one is better, I didn't write that one is forbidden. When we speak we use one at a time in a sentence (see meme above) so... how both?

I would recommend GM because it's not as heavily associated with D&D and also works better in the other language I speak.
