I just ordered one of these bad boys from PSA. They got em for about $240 and with the $100 credit for the beretta store I’ll be able to grab a holster for nothing. Anybody who’s had one of these have any strong feeling either way on it? Have you had any cycling problems with any particular ammos.

I’m getting back into the habit of carrying regularly and intend to replace the beretta pico I used to carry in situations regular compacts were unconcealable. I’m not looking for a high performance luxury shooting experience. Just something I trust will work and that I can deliver center mass up to 30 yards.

Yeah that price is unbeatable! I might have said in my last comment, can't recall, but I'd like a P365. shot very well with it in training courses and it's the smallest little guy. I think it would be impractical for me to carry at this point in my life due to the job I work, and I think my SO would have a major problem with it. But as you said, whether it's coming from above or below, it feels a lot like threats of violence could be increasing in the next decade. So I dunno. I'm also reading Citizen-Protectors: the Everyday Politics of Guns in an Age of Decline by Jennifer Carlson. It's interesting, if unsurprising stuff. Have you read it? It's a pretty even-handed look, by a sociologist, at the who-what-where-why's of pistol carry in the USA. It's a decent read.

I had a sig p320 as my first firearm. It was excellent. I haven’t held a p365 yet I’d imagine they shoot and handle great. Aren’t they the ones with multiple alleged random discharges without a trigger pull though? I admittedly haven’t looked into the validity surrounding those complaints.

I’ll add that book to my list. A lot of people on Reddit were recommending Adaptive Rifle by Ben Stoeger as a valuable read too so I’ve got some homework to do.

Nah it was the P320 with the discharge issue actually. I'll look into Adaptive Rifle

Oh word. I’m glad I don’t have that p320 anymore then
