Has he already been convicted? It seems a bit premature to name the law after him when he's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty.
Tbf, I'm interested in what his defense will be, because short of planted evidence it certainly seems he's the guy, being that he was caught holding the bag (pun intended.)
That said, yeah, for sure this is premature lol. It's one thing to speculate in a lemmy comment, it's another entirely to dedicate whole laws to a maybe.

/s, but the people there will downvote you into oblivion if you say it seems like he's guilty. I don't get it. They want him to be a hero, but he's also not guilty and the cops planted everything. 🤔

No way! They jumped down my throat and downvoted me into oblivion for suggesting that he might be guilty. I ended up deleting all of my comments and blocking the community.
