Wir alle kennen die italienische Küche oder die thailändische und lieben sie. Aber welche lokale Kochtradition ist zu Unrecht völlig unbekannt und sollte von mir ausprobiert werden?

Oh, ja. Ich bin super picky, was Gemüse und fettes Fleisch angeht. Aber beim Libanesen könnte ich mich durch die gesamte Karte futtern.
