I still can't believe we're in a period of time where this shit can look so real...
Pretty easy to spot this is generated (beyond the content making it blatantly obvious), though. JD's right hand is too large, left one is garbled having a distorted finger where a thumb should be. Text on the Cheetos bag is garbled. Vertical frame of the right window continues in the wrong place after horizontal interruption, frame reflections differ per window panel, ... and this is just what jumped out on a cursory glance. I bet I could find a lot more if I looked closer.
