Wouldn't the depiction be accurate then since we're pulling them up to the surface?
I'll agree with this, until you take it home and create an undead spawning pool!
Shit now I need to make a mod for this. Any artists want to make me an asset? My art skills are inverse to my coding skills.

Actually @oxysis@lemm.ee made the mod. I was literally about to get this put together, but they beat me to the punch lol.
I have a zombie fish in one of my fish tanks, along with a magic sewer fish.
Wtf kind of fishing rod are they selling in Stardew Valley, also, is it on the edge of a deep marine trench??
It's an event during one of the festival where a submarine takes you down to the ocean floor.
Then it would not suffer from decompression since you don't either.
It's already depicted in it's corpse form while it's on the bottom of the trench. I do not like that every time I see it I am reminded that this is what the real fish looks like after it's exploded.
And there's justification I need for not having to change the asset when it's brought to the surface.
