a) He is no closer to ending the Russia-Ukraine war.

b) He is no close to ending the Israel-Gaza war.

c) He is bombing Yemen now.

Because he's a blustering liar, who overestimates his own negotiating abilities, and probably doesn't actually care to fulfill the many promises he's made.

Also, he's obviously working to help Russia, and israel
