One of the principal offenders for sure
I'd say that, a normal Phillips, and/or a 5/16 are the usual suspects.
Use a separate foreskin for each bit, paint each a different color. Easier to identify, easier to change, harder to lose.
Also, have some long foreskins too.

Oh, those bits.
I just upgraded from those little stubby ones to 6" ones. Much easier to manage. I repurposed an old drill bit case for them. Now I have a case of 6" SAE and one of metric.
Metrics are orange, SAE blue - on the shaft, from the vendor, comes with a handle too. Kit was $30 on Amazon.
That's good advice.
I've actually gotten much better about this over the last year or two, but still. Sometimes you're in a rush and forget till the dryer wakes up the whole family 😅
