This looks like some coward Gestapo behavior. They know that if they showed their faces, we’d have their names in seconds.
Well of course. They originally where handling and processing the gang members from the Salvadorean country. It would be a bad judgment to go without masking and paint yourself, and your family, as a target for other gang members as retaliation.
If they collect a paycheck from the police or military that target is well painted on already. But I agree, the masking does help with risky prioritization.
