As soon as we get any sort of communist party in power that isn't a Stalinist offshoot.
For all my bitching about the original Bolsheviks (including Lenin), the early, pre-Stalin SovUnion was equivalent in its treatment of LGBT folk as the more progressive liberal democracies of the time. Which may be a low standard, considering it was the 1920s we're talking about, but all progress is relative.
There's some of them there, we have BIJ1.
