Pan fried dumplings w/ double fried tempura zucchini slices and flowers (!) w/ steamed mini dimsums.

Never done the flowers before so will probably fuck it up but they're in the garden atm so may as well have a go.

I've never done it but I've seen it being done many times, if you're gonna fill the flowers, don't over fill them. That's all. Good luck!
