What's a few ingredients (fewer than 6) and "could make in less than a day" recipe for a vegan snack that's creamy like ice cream but not as cold as it?

Just make nicecream

bananas, almond milk, salt, vanilla extract. Blend until smooth consistency like icecream.

Add flavours like cocoa, or strawberries, or peanut butter to change it up. I'm not vegan but this seems like a great way to enjoy the feeling of ice cream, without the cold and I believe it classifies as vegan. Please correct me if it doesn't.
