Hopefully this one actually passes, the last two that were introduced that I know of died in the transportation committee.

It’s fine if it’s splitting. Is it though? Not sure I got it right but text of the bill seems to allow filtering too

No you're right, I chose the wrong word when typing the title, filtering is more accurate.
