How is the ๐Ÿดโ€โ˜ ๏ธ scene for F1? I've been a long time F1TV subscriber but I'm considering cancelling while MBS the ๐Ÿคก is mucking things up. If you feel more comfortable responding with a DM that's fine.

It's decent considering it's free. Minor issues, need to have backup sites on hand, occasionally main feeds die and you need to watch in another language. There's full replays of races so if things are too bad you can avoid spoilers and watch the race right after it finishes.

For every site that offers streams there's like 50 copies with all kinds of sketchy url variations. They appear to mostly use the same feed, or have the same backbones. But when all the streams are frozen it's the 5th fake-looking site you visit that works. So if the main ones are frozen and it seems all the spam sites are the same, it might be worth scanning through them.

The sites can change too. I'm not in a discord or in communication with anyone so I just put in the effort to find a group of working sites and maintain my little collection as the season progresses.

It depends on how you like to watch races. I'm not personally acquainted with the scene either, but if you want to use the Multiviewer app there is no substitute for a F1TV subscription I think.

I don't watch from PC anymore. All my viewing these days is on a tv or occasionally on my phone if I'm away from home. I probably just need to set up something to watch pirated streams from my TV but I've been procrastinating about it.

I wonder this too. Would be perfect to get working on say Kodi

A polished experience is preferable but with piracy you kind of have to take what you can get. I need to figure out a way to stream it to my tvs that lets me swap streams quickly if one goes down. On PC it's a couple of clicks but with a remote everything is more clunky.
