Communism

as there is no incentive anymore to strive to become rich and create startups, companies, businesses etc.

I think this is more because money is no longer used for its original intention, i.e. facilitating the easy trade of goods and services, instead of a physical resource to hoard for the purposes of calling on future promises or just for more hoarding.
