Trump has said that forcibly expelled Palestinians would not have the right to return under his plan.

Trump's "floor" is roughly 30%. These are the cultists, people who would support anything Trump says no matter how insane. These are the people who travelled to DC and ended up attacking the Capital Building on January 6.
