He can be impeached for this. It makes sense for federal prosecutors to avoid prosecuting someone that can theoretically pardon themselves, but the President is not a King. Impeach him on day 1. Call or write your congressional representatives. Tell your Senator and your House Rep that you believe in America and the rule of law. Immunity from prosecution is not immunity from impeachment.
