What's for breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks, dinner, dessert or drinks today?

Roast chicken is in the oven. Glazed with honey, sesame oil, lemon, soy and chili. I have some onion and carrots cooking around the edges of the tray. Served with home made gravy, rice and steamed vegies.

I'll be having a meal replacement shake and a very small serve of chicken and steamed vegies.
